The SRT series pulse-jet baghouse dust collectors are high-performance dust removal equipment manufactured using advanced foreign technologies and standards. They can be widely applied to the purification of dusty gases in industries such as casting, metallurgy, cement, mining, chemical engineering, refractory materials, power generation, machinery, and pharmaceuticals.
The SRT series pulse-jet baghouse dust collector features the following characteristics:
1. The filter element adopts pleated filter cartridges, which offer a large filtration area, a compact structure, and space-saving design. The filtration efficiency exceeds 99.99%. The pleated filter cartridge is an integrated pleated component made of fine-spun bonded polyester, featuring excellent sealing performance and capable of directly replacing conventional filter bags and cage frames. Its high-strength inner core enables the pleated filter cartridge to withstand operational and dust-cleaning pressures without ever deforming. The filter cartridges are installed directly onto the dust collector’s ceiling plate, making installation and maintenance quick and easy. The top and bottom ends of the filter cartridges are molded using special materials, overcoming the common drawback of premature wear at the top and bottom of conventional filter bags.
2. Wide applicability to various operating conditions and temperatures. It boasts extremely high filtration efficiency for both micron-sized and ultrafine particulate dust, with broad adaptability to varying dust concentrations—from several grams per cubic meter up to hundreds of grams per cubic meter—enabling highly efficient treatment across this entire range. Standard filter cartridges can operate continuously at 110°C, while high-temperature filter cartridges can operate continuously at 230°C.
3. The equipment has lower operating resistance. Compared with conventional pulse-jet dust collectors, the blow-cleaning pressure required for dust removal can be reduced by 20% to 40%, significantly saving compressed air consumption and lowering energy costs.
4. Equipped with high-performance pulse valves and pulse control boards, offering high reliability and a long service life.
5. The gas storage tank is equipped with an automatic drain valve to improve the quality of the blown gas.
6. The blowpipe, which can be disassembled and assembled without tools, makes replacing the filter cartridges exceptionally easy.
7. Dust cleaning can be performed either on a timed basis or based on pressure differential.
