Product Overview:
The Y36 series vibratory conveyor is an elastic-link-type vibrating conveying equipment widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, light industry, chemical engineering, power generation, food processing, grain handling, and casting for the continuous transportation of bulk, granular, and powdered materials. Its conveying distances range from a few meters to over a hundred meters, and it can handle materials at temperatures up to several hundred degrees Celsius. Moreover, it allows for easy implementation of fully enclosed conveying operations.
The Y36H series heavy-duty vibratory conveyor is primarily used in casting production lines to connect the core-pulling machine and the sand-reclaiming machine. On this vibratory conveyor, operations such as riser-sand separation and iron-sand separation can be performed.
The Y36 series lightweight vibratory conveyor is primarily used for conveying granular and powdered materials as well as small workpieces at rates of less than 40 m³/h, and it can achieve long-distance material transport.
The Y36S series dual-mass vibration conveyor features a dual-mass balanced structure that imposes virtually no dynamic loads on the foundation and achieves an effective energy saving of 80%.
