Product Overview:
The L25 series conveyor-type inertial vibrating sand-removal machine features a single-unit structure that far exceeds the resonance type, using either a vibration motor (Type D) or an exciter (Type E) as the excitation source.
This machine has the following features:
(1) The vibration motor or exciter can be installed on the upper, side, and lower parts of the machine body, allowing for flexible arrangement according to process requirements.
(2) It employs a monolithic structure that far exceeds resonant configurations, featuring a simple and compact design, stable operational performance, and low sensitivity to base dynamic loads.
(3) The casting is both stripped of sand and conveyed forward simultaneously, making it particularly suitable for use with automated molding lines and enabling unattended operation.
(4) The grating panels feature a detachable structure and are secured to the side plates using bolts for easy replacement. The grating panels are made from imported Hardox 400 wear-resistant steel plates, ensuring a long service life.
