Product Overview:
The L12S vibration sand-removal machine features a dual-mass resonant structure and uses a vibration motor as the excitation source. This machine has the following characteristics:
(1) The ratio between the excitation frequency and the resonant frequency is appropriately configured, ensuring that the working amplitude of the sand-dropping machine varies little over a wide range—from no-load to full-load—and delivering excellent sand-dropping performance.
(2) The exciter is mounted on the lower mass body, and the excitation force is transmitted to the upper mass body via a resonant spring positioned between the upper and lower mass bodies. This resonance amplifies the amplitude of the upper mass body, achieving energy-saving benefits. Moreover, since the lower mass body exhibits a smaller amplitude, the exciter experiences reduced vibrational forces, thereby extending the service life of the vibration motor.
(3) The upper mass is less likely to crack because it experiences uniform stress distribution. Moreover, the impact load generated when the casting mold collides with the grid plate is significantly reduced in dynamic load on the foundation after being attenuated twice—first by the resonance spring and then by the vibration-isolating spring.
(4) The resonant spring adopts a specially designed return-spring structure, which addresses the issue of rod and spring breakage caused by uneven spring stress in differential spring structures, thereby enhancing the service life and reliability of the sand-drop machine.
(5) Particularly suitable for vibration sand-dropping operations on medium- and large-sized castings.
