A vibrating conveyor is a continuous conveying machine that uses an exciter to cause the hopper to vibrate, thereby enabling the material inside the hopper to slide or be projected in a specific direction.
Generally used for horizontal conveying, with a throughput of less than 150 t/h and a conveying distance of less than 80 m. When conveying uphill at an incline, the throughput decreases as the angle of inclination increases.
With the exception of certain components of the excitation mechanism, there are very few rotating parts, resulting in a simple structure. It can convey materials of various particle sizes and is capable of handling hot, flammable, explosive, and toxic materials.
Dusty materials are conveyed in a closed system, allowing simultaneous completion of processes such as screening, dewatering, and cooling during transport.
However, it is not suitable for conveying viscous materials. It is commonly used in chemical and building materials plants. This equipment uses vibration to continuously convey materials. It mainly consists of a vibrator, a carrying trough, main vibration springs, and a frame.
It can be used for horizontal, gently inclined, or vertical conveying (rising along a spiral groove) of various loose materials.
During the conveying process, operations such as screening, drying, dewatering, cooling, and mixing can be carried out simultaneously. For materials that generate a lot of dust or contain harmful components, sealed troughs can also be used for conveyance. The equipment features a simple structure and low power consumption, and has been widely adopted in mining operations.
