Product Overview:
The Y34 series vibratory conveyor features a single-unit, far-beyond-resonance structure and uses a vibration motor or vibrator as the excitation source.
This machine has the following features:
(1) The vibration motor or exciter can be installed on the upper, side, and lower parts of the machine body, allowing for flexible arrangement according to process requirements.
(2) It employs a monolithic structure that far exceeds resonant structures, featuring a simple and compact design, stable operational performance, and low sensitivity to base dynamic loads.
(3) Depending on the specific process requirements, the base plate material can be selected from stainless steel, carbon steel, low-alloy steel, wear-resistant plates, or alternatively, replaceable lining plates can be installed.
(4) According to process requirements, functions such as sealed conveying, cooling or heating, sorting, and screening can be realized.
(5) For large-scale or harsh-environment vibratory conveyors, an exciter can be used as the vibration source.
