Product Overview:
The L42 series core-shaking removal machine uses a pneumatic vibrator to deliver impact to castings and employs a flipping-and-sanding method during or after the impact to clean the castings. It is an efficient piece of equipment designed for rough cleaning of the internal cavities of cylinder block and cylinder head castings.
The feeding methods can include roller conveyor feeding, trolley feeding, rotary table feeding, and stepping cart feeding.
The cleaning methods can include flipping and vibrating simultaneously, vibrating only, or vibrating first and then flipping. The casting flipping is controlled by an encoder, allowing the flip angle to be set arbitrarily.
The vibrator uses products from Germany’s F+K or Italy’s Omler company.
