Product Overview:
This machine employs a vibration motor excitation method. Two vibration motors are mounted on the side walls of the sand-releasing machine and rotate in opposite directions in synchronization, generating linear vibration. The resultant direction of their excitation forces is perpendicular to the top surface of the grid plate.
The body of the sand-removal machine is assembled by welding together side plates, welded I-beams, welded T-shaped cross beams, seamless steel pipes, vibration motor base plates, grating plates, and other components. All steel plates are cut using a CNC cutting machine. The welding materials used for welded components, as well as the cutting and forming of parts, surface quality, dimensional deviations, geometric and positional deviations, and the dimensions of weld joints and weld seams, all comply with the requirements specified in JB/T 6575-2006 for sand-removal machines.
After the overall assembly and welding of the sand-throwing machine body are completed, annealing is performed to relieve internal stresses. Following annealing, the mounting bases for the vibration motors at both ends are machined. Moreover, the parallelism of the two base plates complies with the requirements specified in JB/T 6575-2006 for sand-throwing machines.
