The flue gas from induction furnaces has a relatively low temperature, but the dust particles are small—mostly microscopic or even ultra-microscopic—and thus difficult to capture. Moreover, the volume of flue gas requiring treatment varies considerably depending on the specific operating conditions of the furnace.

The box-type vibrator consists primarily of a housing, gears, a driving shaft, a driven shaft, and eccentric weights. The motor drives the box-type vibrator via a coupling; the driving shaft transmits motion to the driven shaft through gears, causing the two shafts to rotate at equal speed but in opposite directions. This rotation drives the eccentric weights to generate a vibrating force, which is then transmitted through the housing to the vibrating machinery. The vibrating force produced by the box-type vibrator is a linear vibrating force, also known as a linear vibrator.
