City Product Subsite

Click the button to jump to the company website and see the effect. After installing the app, select the link corresponding to the city’s product page.

Instructions for use:

For site usage, you can place the text or buttons from the [City Subsites] in their corresponding positions and simply add links to the city list pages. The category names on the city product pages and the titles within the lists have already been properly structured. The title structure on the city product detail pages has also been adjusted—please do not delete or modify these elements, as doing so could prevent the cities from being properly displayed.

Specific parameter-passing method: In the loop for the city product list page, select the application data source for the city product and create a parameter named “Pass City.” After setting up this parameter, go to the city list page, select the parameter you just created, and link it to a custom page—specifically, the city product page—to pass the parameter. The city product page will then carry the name of the selected city.(Here, an SEO parameter has been added for passing the city parameter from the data source of the city product.)Thus, both the product categories and product names will carry the city name. Second, for product categories and titles, we also need to establish a parameter that serves as the default parameter for the current loop. This parameter should be passed via a custom link to the corresponding page, ensuring that clicking on a city yields the same linking effect as clicking on the category or product name. Similarly, the city name displayed in the product title on the detail page should also be passed using the same method.

It is not recommended to manually modify the list or details of city products—unless you understand the underlying principles.

Principle: If manual categorization is required, the list title needs to create a container for this text, dividing it into two columns and linking it to the corresponding data source (the passing method is described above). Then, enable the container’s code mode and change the innermost div of the list and category titles to H6 (for details, you can use H1 instead). Next, open the code mode for the city and category titles (product titles), changing the div tags to span tags or similar. This way, the city and the title will be placed under the same tag, enabling search engines to treat the two separate pieces of data as a single, complete tag.

TDK settings require backend product management.

When using the City Products app, you need to configure SEO parameters for the corresponding app in the backend TDK. To do this, go to App—find the relevant app—Product Management—General Rule Settings, and set the titles for category pages, list pages, and detail pages with SEO-optimized parameters plus the product name, category name, or page name. Try not to set keywords or descriptions to avoid semantic errors.
